Celeste and Keith Dowling
Celeste and Keith, both with extensive careers working for and/or serving the Louisiana National Guard, took on the initiative of running a family owned Post Exchange at the heart of the Jackson Barracks (The Louisiana National Guard Post Headquarters).
Raquel Roach
Raquel is a young woman in college who is using her ambition, drive, and family’s deep love for Louisiana and the Guard to help grow a small, family-owned business grow the Post Exchange at Jackson Barracks to something people never forget when they leave.
